Ishtishia is one of the four neutrally aligned Elemental Primordials
recognized in the Faerûnian pantheon. They are the physical and
metaphorical embodiment of the element of water and promotes purification through water. Ishtishia encourages flexibility and fluidity in all things, promoting change through seamless from one form to another. This is evident in how Ishtishia chooses to take physical form, sometimes male, sometimes female, sometimes agender; its form is endless.
