Chondathans are humans and one of the most common ethnic group in Faerûn. They make up the majority of the populace in central Faerûn, in the north, western, and southern regions surrounding The Inner Sea, also known as The Sea of Fallen Stars. Chondathans dominate in Cormyr, Chondath, The Dalelands, The Dragon Coast, and Sembia. They are usually slender, tawny-skinned, and have a wide variety of hair colors. Most are tall and have either green or brown eyes.
