Level 13: +16 vs. Fortitude; ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
Level 18: +21 vs. Fortitude; ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
Level 23: +26 vs. Fortitude; ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
Level 28: +31 vs. Fortitude; ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends).
