The top of the haft, near the axe head, is marked with Clangeddin’s symbol: 2 crossed silver axes
Under that symbol are various others: flaming longsword (Tempus), Pegasus with a Warhammer (Uthgar), Pegasus (Sky Ponies), Wolf, Elk, Bear, silver axes again - marks of previous owner
