Sister Garaele Xil'oama recently found out that Cymril, the leader of the Harper cell in Neverwinter was found murdered. This has left the Harpers leaderless and severely damaged their ability to run operations in Neverwinter. Her lieutenants Teram (half elf fighter) and his half sister Thyeris (eladrin arcane archer) have assumed leadership but are struggling to reorganize.
Raemund Faeton is told to seek them out in the House of a Thousand Faces tavern in the Blacklake District.
