When the Lord High Commander of the former Suthican army moved his operation North, he did it with the intent to restore order to the city of Glimring. In his own lands, Davian Iscarus was lauded as a hero. Slayer of the vampire Ustavius Drahng, who'd subtly taken over the Suthican lands. His cousin, the current Ruler of Suthers, appointed him High Commander of the Suthican Army. For years he sat in the post, with little more to do than fight orcish pirates or repel the occasional band of invaders from the Seventy Two tribes.
However, when the news of dragons rising came, he knew what he must do. He assembled a legion of his most loyal soldiers and combined with expatriate griffon riders from the forests of Eldwydd, he pushed North to restore order in the name of the good people of Edelrend.
This force who follows him call themselves the Army of Order, bound to the law and to see it preserved at all costs. They are champions against chaos, horsemen of great skill. They are supplemented by the Shal Siilendrim (from the Elvish "Lances that Fly"), a corps of griffin riders who act as spotters and air cavalry. This army is disciplined and well equipped, using magic if necessary to keep supply lines open.
Their current bivouac is East of Glimring and they have been assisting with the wall security along the Hollows.
