Pustoe was a goblin raider that worked under the raid chief Gutbowl in Eldag Hollow, deep in the Scratchwood. Pustoe was a cleric of some sort, able to heal the wounds of her raiding party as well as protect her boss with powerful magic. Pustoe apparently received her power from the worship of some god. She was slain by a member of the Claw of Arali Lambchop, who had mistaken her for her boss, Gutbowl.
Pustoe's magic seemed to have a recurring visual theme of gnashing, biting teeth. She wore a robe that displayed the image of a head being bitten.
