The red walled room contains a broad writing desk and portable lectern, wax tablets, account rolls, a strong chest, and a personal shrine to the goddess. There is a small low bed in the far corner. On the wall above it is a window with a telescope mounted on a stand next to it. Against another wall is a stone monolith.
