Previous Episode: Voyage of the Cursed Dawn - S02 E07
The session began inside Cuckoo Bananas, or rather, after it. The party woke up with severe hangovers and no memory of the previous five days. They found themselves inside an unfamiliar church dedicated to Met Rada, the god of direction and wind. A large statue of the deity stood behind the altar, while the doors to the building were locked from the outside. As the group tried to understand what happened, a man suddenly fell out of a broom closet, it was Jacob Black, who apparently had joined them during their drinking spree. Nobody remembered how they got there. The group quickly realized they had both lost and gained possessions during the missing days:
- Some gear and belongings were gone.
- Strange new items and clues had appeared in their pockets.
Among these discoveries were; An emblem of a sun marked with a “W”, connected to Billy Ryler. A letter from Marella Thorne, stating that she was traveling with Abby at the players’ request. The implications confused everyone, as nobody remembered making such arrangements. After eventually breaking through the church doors, the party discovered they were standing atop high cliffs overlooking the sea. The landscape was unfamiliar and clearly not Flint Outpost. Traveling down from the cliffs, they encountered a lone man living in a small house. He informed them that they were still within the Silver Isles, but no longer on the island containing Flint Outpost. Instead, they were on the island of Kalimanja Island, far to the north. As the group continued toward the town of Kalimanja in the island’s center, Juulia Troski searched through her pockets and made a shocking discovery: She was carrying a Piece of Eight.
