The Citadel of Markor is a large island within the Northern Blue. It holds a large tower that is home to the High-Council-Citadel , the governing council of the island, and the benefactor of Praesidium Coalition (The Deep Guard). This island is self-sufficient and rarely engages in trade with outside forces.
