Or-Tal-Van is a city located on the border between Siaat and Dasurkat. The city is often called the Masked City or the Masked City of Or-Tal-Van due to its strange customs. Every second Deshenday, the people of the city wear masquerade masks for a two-day long celebration called the Great Masquerade.
