The Hall of Ascendancy is a grand temple complex located in the center of the Temple District of Arcanopolis. The Hall is the headquarters of the Imperial Faith and where the Archpriest of Pelegon and other high-ranking clergypeople reside. Besides the Golden Palace, the Hall of Ascendancy is the largest structure in Arcanopolis.
The Hall of Ascendancy began construction during the reign of Pelegon I and was not completed until the reign of Pelgos I, who celebrated its completion with the grandtourneyofascendancy, one of the largest and most magnificent tourneys ever held.
The Hall of Ascendancy is so named as it was in its very halls that Pelegon I Pelegon ascended to the heavens to sit alongside Odion in His heavenly governance (at least according to the Imperial Faith).
