Viktor, always smiling with teeth as sharp as a great white, tends to put people off almost immediately. He wears leather strapped chain mail that seems to have been tinkered with in some way that shows his penchant for innovation. He loves his brother Fritz dearly, but he frequently gets into arguments with him about his annoying sense of justice and, most frequently, who's the older twin (Viktor is older, obviously).
He was born in a family with numerous different siblings, including his twin Fritz Hancock, who he now works with in Captain Shrapnel's crew.
Viktor was taken to Archimedes by the Cult of Ke’Kauhale, and met The Destined at the start of the Third Segment, acting as their guide as directed by Archimedes. He tragically died after unintentionally disobeying an order from Geas, his head exploding in front of Oriz.
