Fallen Hero

The late brother of Shouwèi Zian. He and his wife, Shouwèi Fanrong, were at the forefront of the battle against Isatum in The War of Five Planes. Both were killed, but have been credited with sparing Quyan further suffering before The Battle of Burning Sky.

Yingjie was a bladesinger with an emphasis on the arcane arts. He favored spellcraft to swordsmanship. With his spells to proect and bolster his partner, Yingjie and Fanrong were revered as a near-undefeated pair until their final fight.

His surviving son, Unknown, has been left in the care of his younger brother, Shouwèi Zian.
