A rocky and jagged chain of hills on eastern side of the Mountains of Despair, split in half by the source of the Emerald Rush. The northern area, while dangerous and home to many savage creatures, is patrolled by the local Visdria soldiers. While it can hardly be called safe, it does seem so when compared to the monster infested half south of the river.
