The self-proclaimed "Heart of the Westlands" lies to the north of Llewynfrid, in the fertile plains that surround the Eaglewood. Formed out of some of the most populous lands that were part of the Westlands controlled by the The Empire it has since its formation been a prosperous and bountiful land. Originally stretching as far north-east as the Arvaran, the region past Losthold has been depopulated and mostly abandoned following Arlak the Despoiler's invasion of the Westlands.
While the title of the "Heart of the Westlands" might be self-proclaimed, the claim to the title of "The Granary of the Westlands" is uncontested. All of Visdria, outside of the Eaglewood and The Fangs, is dotted with noble estates and farmlands feeding not only the kingdom but also many of its neighbours, including the great city of Llewynfrid.
While a kingdom the central power of the monarch in Visdria is far more limited than in the neighbouring Norenes, with powerful nobles having much influence on the country.
The countries roads are a major trade route connecting Llewynfrid and the south of the Westlands with the major rivers of the north, and through them to all lands around the Shattered Coast.
