A large city overlooking one of the three bridges over the Arvaran once built by The Empire. While it has lost much of its prosperity following the Desolation of Eastmarch, as the trade from the east dried up, it is now becoming a major hub for those seeking to reclaim the lands lost there.
It is also a hub for supplying both the Rosen Spires and adventurers who venture beyond them.
