One of the larger and most lasting institutions in The Underhang, the Dour Dram has been operated by Linthel Dannisin for some ninety years. The infamously grouchy elf has a knack for the kind of potent, bolstering brews favored by denizens of the neighborhood, even if his barside manner leaves more than a little to be desired. The bar has a few small rooms available for rent in the rear, built into a natural cavern.
