Prince Arin Dalann is the eldest prince of the Kingdom of Arandale. He is well-educated and a patron of the arts, and is thusly generally liked by commoner and nobility alike.
Unbeknownst to most, he is also sympathetic to the increased persecution of arcane casters. He commissioned Unknown and Brojer Gamyelmi of the Moonflower to secret a group of arcane refugees away to a Mysterious Island during a diplomatic trip to Selu Va'Taar.
