The Oghadi are a unique people, a race of half-ogres who bred true and have now become a distinct species group. The Oghadi inhabit a deep and plentiful valley known as the Scar in the middle of the Sweltering Plains. For many years, they were thought to be a myth, but over the past few decades their numbers have increased dramatically and many Oghadi have begun to venture beyond their valley. Almost two-thirds of the half-ogres currently in Shelzar - some 2,000 or so individuals - are in fact Oghadi or of Oghadi descent.
