Members of First Landing were invited to the wedding of King Aseron and Svetlana Skullcrusher. After shenanigans at the pre-party the group thought Svetlana was being held against her will by Aseron. During the rescue attempt it turned out Svetlana was bored with Aseron and was going to leave. Hecret convinced Svetlana to hold a contest in which she would give Aseron another chance.

Another notable member of Aseron's Court that was present is Ryeind MidinveElegio also appeared.

Right before these events Geld was geased into helping out the Unknown Zo, who was working for the devious Lord Geyesh - a Satyr who wished to get rid of Aseron and seize the throne for himself. After meeting with Svetlana, Geld was cajoled into a Chess game with Geyesh and then Reiko Amiri was cajoled as well. Reiko endeared herself to Geyesh who revealed more of his plot to her, and she gained his trust.

The next day at the contest, the only notable contestants for Svetlana’s heart seemed to be Hecret and Aseron. Hecret and Speebo Wattles showed Aseron the errors of his ways in treating Svetlana and thus Aseron began over with Svetlana. As this was occurring Zo planted poison in Aseron's food with Geld's help, and Geyesh geased Reiko into the conspiracy. Reiko instead revealed the plot of Geyesh to the Duke. Geyesh was taken into custody to be executed.

Ultimately Aseron and Svetlana decided not to marry but instead continue their relationship anew. For the help the King gave the group a mysterious magical orb orb to give to First Landing

Long form report here.

After the event Reiko Amiri wrote this song commemorating the event:

To the tune of "Kingsword" by Heather Dale (with Lyrics)

The Fey Court will die

The Fey Court will die

Chorus

The Fey court will die amid chaos incarnate

The ruler now lost within games of his own

The subjects within, on his back draw a target

They all draw their blades out, the grand prize a throne

The one on the throne, of dancing and laughter

whose manner of kingship has doomed him to die

Will wed on the morrow and be ever after

A tale whose warning we cannot deny

Striking a deal for the head of the chosen

A poison and servant and duke’s own reply

Stymied at once by a stranger imposing

In matters of courtship and with a keen eye

Chorus alteration:

The Fey court will thrive amid chaos incarnate

The ruler still lost within games of his own

The subjects within, on his back draw a target

Their blades all still ready, the grand prize a throne

The Fey Court will thrive

The Fey Court will thrive

The Fey Court will thrive

The Fey Court will thrive
