Fenelope is a Sprite that lives in Hygon. She has a cousin called Citristal, in the Millennium Forest, relatively close to D&P Pizzeria and Saladeria. Both were encountered during the quests Duchy Get Quest (Part 1) and Duchy Quest 2: Satyr Boogaloo.
Fenelope was overworked by the Satyrs of the Pines, as a washer of clothes from dawn to dusk, for a meager monetary compensation to be able to afford food. She has a family there, so she can't just leave. Fenelope was employed by the Satyr lords of Hygon, and even by Duke Geyesh and his replacements, at one point. Syltorin Margaster helped Fenelope financially when he encountered her, and she in turn aided him by spreading the good word about his deeds in the Millennium Forest and D&P Pizzeria and Saladeria.
