A Captain in the Clockwork Gargoyles, Frascella was first encountered during the events of Clockwork Gargoyles 3: Revengeance where the party assisted her and the Clockwork Gargoyles with holding off a siege by the Graceffa Family. She has a very domineering nature towards any of her underlings who she thinks might need an extra "push" to stay in line, and a disdain for some of the superstitious elements of the Republic, though the efforts of Arthur have made her more tolerant of his religion at least.
