The busy docks connecting the Bubble with other parts of Blackrock. Ships sail in and out, and import and export goods from overseas. The Docks also serve as a place where smuggling may take place, where in deep waters, away from prying eyes, illicit business can be conducted.
Description - The Bubble is a district dominated by water, with domes filled with liquid and pearl farms, fishmarkets and complex sewer networks. Calm currents flow through glowing halls, where bioluminescent corals shed light. Floating gardens move along through refracted light, while the creatures of the deep roam around them. Sunken shrines whisper lost prayers, and giant nets rise from the depths, carrying along the riches of the city. The district is vital to Blackrock's survival, as it controls the water supply and flood management of the city.
About the Bubble
- Main Inhabitants - Tritons, Water-Genasi, Plasmoids, Giff, Locatha, Kuo-Toa
- Reputation - An uneasy peace exists between them and The Subs, over their role in city infrastructure; Goblintown view its inhabitants as weak, but useful for smuggling; the Dreamlands admire them for their mystique; while the Hillside relies on them for irrigation. The inhabitants fear the Necropolis, as what waits in the deeps worries even the residents underwater

- Geography - The Bubble lies out in the bay, on the eastern side of Blackrock and of the City Center. It borders the Beastfolk-Territories along the south, and the Hillside to the north, with many canals bringing water into the hills. The district spreads out into the bay, and up along the Muir River, coming into contact with Goblintown on its southern shore, beyond the City Center, and the Necropolis to its north.
