The Hunting Bow is one of the most traditional weapons of the Aboriginals which, as its name implies, is primarily meant for hunting game. It was, however, extensively used as a weapon of war during Oceanykan antiquity. While not as powerful as later bows, its strength lies in its rugged, lightweight construction and relative ease of use. Hunting bows can be crafted in the bush, but this requires a certain knowledge of fieldcraft.
