The Gaufridus-Standard is a standard of measurement, naming, and historical truth. It was created, and subsequently named after, Unknown, one of the founders of Elderville and world-renowed scholar. There are a myriad of issues the standard solves, such as social-cultural differences in calendars, naming of geographical landmarks, and conceptions of history.

The wiki has a tag that marks every entry that falls perfectly within the standard. For in-universe entries this means the information on the page is considered completely factual and contains no (in-universe) social-cultural bias. For meta entries this means it is considered canon. It can be found here: Gaufridus-Standard.
