Description

Oberbar is a small town located on the eastern side of Mount Brook, two days west of Longford. The town is surrounded by lush green forests, and to the south of it, vast savannah plains stretch out as far as the eye can see. The town is known for its beautiful architecture, with most of its buildings constructed from white stone, giving it a unique appearance. The air in Oberbar is always fresh and cool, thanks to the nearby mountains.

Demographics

Humans make up the majority of the population, but there is also a significant presence of dwarves, halflings, and gnomes. The town is also home to a small number of half-elves, half-orcs, and tieflings. Despite the presence of different races, the inhabitants of Oberbar live in peace and harmony with one another, and visitors are always welcomed with open arms.

The current council is made up of five members: the dwarven blacksmith and council head Grondok, the elven diplomat Lorelei, the human scholar Alden, the halfling merchant Talia, and the gnomish engineer Zoltan.
