Description
The first mortals infused with those powers, were called Genies, and each of the four types had its own name. Dao were the ones infused with the element of Earth and emotion of fear. Over the years the term "Genasi" was popularized, meaning "born from the Genies". Earth Genasi feature grey-brown skin tones and rough, earth-like skin texture. Often cracks would form on their skin, in the same pattern that dry earth cracks itself. Occasionally they will seek out to experience fear or observe others experience fear. Earthquakes are said to be a pleasant experience for them, as they get to observe the earth's power and the fear of mortals (including them) against the earth's wrath. This unusual guilty pleasure of theirs and their thrill of fear, make them hard to socialize with other races, who are not so keen to witness fear.
Genetics
Earth Genasi have no inclination towards any alignment. Their occasional seeking of fear might prompt them into questionable choices and comments. They are tough to kill and reliable vanguard, as fear keeps them going instead of fleeing.
