Telepathy - not to be confused with Telekinesis - is one of the two major mental powers. In its more core form telepathy grants the ability for one to communicate nonverbally, mind to mind, with another person. However the extent of this differs and some are granted a larger, much more powerful and dangerous suite of powers by this avenue.
