Brother to the older Flint Blacklock, Clinton was a renown bounty hunter with skilled proficiency with matchlock rifles from the Blacklock family. Claiming many bounty postings throughout The Sands of Serrakhan, he grew to resent his older brother after being abandoned due to a string of botched bounties gone awry. He traveled the dune sea alone for many years, before learning of his brothers death at his own hands from members of The Sunsations. Saying his peace, Clinton moved on to continue his nomadic life of bounty-hunting across The Sands of Serrakhan.
