The Hound was a fearsome raider captain known to lead the Jackals, a violent group of bandits which resided within the jagged cliffs of The Serrakhan Scar. Known for his affinity to taming and utilizing beasts to aide in his pillaging enterprise, the Hound was an avid beastmaster who tamed multiple Blink Dogs, Fae canines with the ability to teleport. The Hound was notoriously cruel, feeding captured merchants to his dogs, and even his own men if they disobeyed his orders. His reign of bloodshed was eventually put to an end after he was killed by adventurer Obadiah Clay.
