In first appearances, the sphere looks like a black orb which levitates in the air. The Sphere of Annihilation is actually a void in the fabric of the multiverse and was utterly black such that no amount of light could penetrate it or reflect off of it. The sphere itself was 2 ft (61 cm) in diameter and remained motionless, hovering in position, until acted upon by a mental push from a sentient being. All which followed the control of the Sphere of Annihilation was Ruin as entire realms within the Plane of Khaos were consumed by the devoid magic of the sphere. Those powerful enough to control the sphere could wrought catastrophic damages upon their enemies and the world around them. The Sphere of Annihilation is made of the elemental ruin of the Plane of Khaos and is one of the powerful Infernal Elements.
