The Ice family was an ancient lineage of elder frost druids which maintained the Festival of Frost. Guiding and protecting their fellow druids through the magic of the Ring of Winter, the Ice family has watched over the Forests of Frostfall for centuries before the rise of Harkon Chillbringer. With Lucien Ice's father and mother killed by the Frost Giant sage, he was left to lead the scatter druids of the Forests of Frostfall. With the arrival of The Sunsations, Lucien Ice struck a bargain with the adventurers before they ultimately killed Harkon Chillbringer and restored the legendary Ring of Winter.
