Hassan was raised under the Holy Order of the Sun's vision after being left as a child on the steps of the Sun Temple within Shariz. As such, he was instilled with the holy values of the sun god, Malekith, at an early age. Aspiring to be one of the Janissary Order as a kid, he slowly earned the trust of Sultan Hakim Atis after serving as an errant knight of the Order of the Flaming Sun before it's collapse. Seeing great potential in Hassan, Sultan Hakim Atis permitted him to join the prestigious order and follow its strict oath of conduct for the rest of his days to preserve the religious order of Malekith. Strict in his moral values, Hassan is known as the Herald for good reason.
