The Light of Lumina

Divine Intervention

In an extraordinary turn of events, a group of adventurers, including Zyla Nu Ten, Edward "Small Beard" O'Bannon, Anvel Tyrson, Brick, and Shanara the Salamander, found themselves in possession of The Penitent Pearl, a relic of immense divine power. The pearl, obtained from a maddened and severely injured Crabs Carmilla, acted as a catalyst for an unprecedented journey across time and realms.

Upon seizing the pearl, the party was instantaneously whisked away to the infinite plane of legend and lore, governed by the enigmatic Abraham Zachariah. Zachariah, a chronicler of stories and keeper of infinite knowledge, welcomed the adventurers with a peculiar request: to make their wish an engaging narrative for his eternal collection.

After considerable debate, the adventurers articulated a precise wish: "We wish for The Second Avatar of the Sun Realm, Avatar Lumina, and the previous headmaster of the Emris Adventuring Guild, Altair Emris, to be alive and well, with us, in this moment." In response, Zacariah conjured a portal within an ancient tome, transporting the party to the zenith of the third age atop The Umbral Gateway in the once-thriving civilization of Itela.

Confronted by the adventurers, Avatar Lumina was initially overwhelmed with grief, mistaking them for emissaries of Malekith, sent to claim her son Talyen. However, the Avatar was moved to action as the party revealed their origins from a desolate future and Lumina's sacrificial fate. She manifested the Dawn Star, a sword of legendary might, forged from a comet and imbued with the essence of the sun and stars, signifying hope and resilience against the dark forces at play.

Accompanied by Altair Emris, the esteemed archaeologist, the party learned of the Ebony Amulet's crucial role in Malekith's scheme and its potential control over Talyen. Emris, burdened with guilt for his inadvertent aid to Malekith, posited that the amulet's destruction under the radiance of Rozan's Eye was imperative to thwart Malekith's plans.

As a foreboding storm brewed on the horizon, Lumina implored the adventurers to rescue her son, suggesting that Talyen, born of two realms, held the key to mending the fractured fabric of existence. With the Dawn Star in hand and a mission of paramount importance, the party stood at the precipice of an epic quest to restore balance and unity across the realms, guided by the wisdom and sacrifice of those who came before.
