A type of headwear imbued with significant reserves of Tremair, a dreamweave circlet was often employed to subdue Curses too strong to be removed by mortals. They were forged uniquely to counteract curses too powerful to be resisted by regular tremair. When placed on an an already-cursed individual, the abjurative magic within the circlet was strong enough to subdue an individual's curse, though would not remove the magic itself.
A dreamweave circlet's bearer could choose to temporarily halt the circlet's abjurative properties, which would re-invoke their curse until placed back on their head.
