A moon-touched weapon was a mundane weapon that was transmuted to provide an additional property. In darkness, the unsheathed weapon shed moonlight, creating a light visible for 30 feet.
Though not a requirement, many moon-touched weapons were also Enhanced Weapons, making them nigh-unbreakable, deadly, and able to damage creatures that would otherwise resist conventional weaponry.
