Resembling a long sparkler and often used by entertainers and mischievous teenagers, Wands of Pyrotechnics were designed to evoke harmless light. By expending a small amount of its innate magic, a wielder could create a burst of multicolored light toward a point within 60 feet, which would simultaneously create a crackling noise that could be heard up to 300 feet away. They light was as bright as a torch flame, but disappeared after one second.
