Located between lower and upper Cliffsunder, the Middlecliff Market was one of the largest and most well-known permanent markets in the city. Operating every day of the week, the Middlecliff served a blend of clientele, with wares coming up from the Grandport meeting those delivered via the Common Path, and was thought of as a place to get near-anything in the city. The market had both pop-up and semi-permanent stalls, with a governing body that allowed space to rent for a variety of time periods, and some merchants even lived in the market full-time.
