This is a full year course and is worth 1 course credit towards graduation.
Dodge, parry, strike! This course is an introduction to the basics of weaponry, including valuable hands-on training in a variety of different weapon forms. Starting with the basics, students can expect to learn how their weapons work, what steps they must take in order to keep their weapons in perfect working order, and which weapons are best for which situations. As the course progresses, practical studies will be introduced which will allow students time to familiarize themselves with their weapon of choice and practice basic forms and maneuvers.
