The Coral Tower is the headquarters of the Coral Chamber organisation. It is led by High Keeper Massena Gioni and Conserver Madia Belussi.
The chamber, while non-political, is in close contact with the empire. It is the chamber and previous High Keeper Fabio Chioso that calmed the expansionist desires of the empire and let to stability on the continent.
