This agreement sets the terms for ownership, occupancy, and obligations regarding the Wenderly Farm property in Harvest Town. The involved parties are the tenants Dale Cooper, Tiburklau Saphira, and Golgothazar Starvekoyne; the investor Darrik Blackbriar; and Lunethrae Dovetail, the title holder.
The Wenderly Farm property was purchased in Lunethrae Dovetail’s name using funds supplied entirely by Darrik Blackbriar. Lunethrae is recognized as the legal title holder, while Darrik is acknowledged as the financial backer whose investment made the acquisition possible. Until the total amount of the loan, including interest, is fully repaid, Darrik retains the contractual right to receive a portion of the farm’s income.
Lunethrae grants the tenants full permission to live on the property, farm the land, restore the buildings, and operate the farm as their home and livelihood. In exchange for this arrangement, the tenants agree that ten percent of all farm profits will be delivered to Darrik Blackbriar as long as the loan remains active. They also accept the responsibility of protecting Harvest Town whenever they are called upon to do so by Lunethrae, the sheriff, or the mayor of the town. Their role is not one of constant guard duty, but one of answering summons in times of threat or crisis.
Lunethrae agrees to pay monthly installments to Darrik Blackbriar, with interest, until the full amount of the loan is satisfied. In addition to these regular payments, Lunethrae will pay an extra amount toward the principal each time the tenants are summoned to defend Harvest Town. These additional payments are intended to shorten the duration of the loan and reduce the length of time Darrik is entitled to a share of the farm’s profits.
Darrik Blackbriar acknowledges the tenants as lawful residents and operators of the Wenderly Farm property for as long as Lunethrae maintains her repayment obligations. Darrik will not impose additional financial requirements or interfere with the management of the farm. His rights during the repayment period are limited to receiving the agreed ten percent of profits and accepting the scheduled payments from Lunethrae.
This agreement remains in effect until the loan is fully repaid or until all involved parties willingly agree to a written revision of its terms. All parties recognize one another’s roles, responsibilities, and benefits from this arrangement and accept the conditions as written above.
