Dakar is a member of the Maruk Ghaash'kala, and formerly of the Razor Wind Carrion Tribe.
Like many of those who once belonged to a Carrion Tribe, Dakar has not been with the Ghaash'kala for long. He joined the Maruk in Nymm of 998 YK, making him one of the more senior tribal defectors in the Maruk as of 999 YK.
Dakar has not truly heard the call of Kalok Shash, he joined the Ghaash'kala as a way of escaping from a feud with Valkhoth. With Valkhoth becoming the leader of the tribe, it felt prudent for Dakar to have an "encounter" with Kalok Shash and leave.
