Fulgrun is a "blessed" champion of the Plaguebearers. He is a Sakah of Ashurak, the Slow Death, and is constantly followed by the sickly sweet smell of infection. He is the adopted son of Kzild, and the brother of Rotrak.
He is afflicted with a atrophic plague, though he does not suffer the symptoms himself, and he wields a spear made of quivering flesh, which twitches as if in pain.
