Rotrak is the sickly son of Kzild Vhish, the chieftain of the Plaguebearers. Of course, being sickly is more of a boon than an issue for him.
He is also the brother of Fulgrun Bloodboil.
He is a witch, with the prakhutu Shalashar, the Harbinger of Pestilence as his patron.
