Ari

Ari has a plethora of colors on her skin ranging from purples to blues and greens with elongated ears. She wears bright pink paint on her body to mimic that of a butterfly or bird. Her long white hair is typically half tied back while the rest falls down her back. She usually wears a variety of floral dresses made from plant life she collects in the Feywild. Her wings are sheer and appear almost made out of glass. In her pixie form she is about a foot tall, while her full form is about 5'9".

When Daru was young, he had met Ari and the two grew up together. As Daru became known as the Sage of Earth, she made a promise to be forever by his side thus becoming his familiar. When a curse overtook him, she was tethered to the Feywild. She remained with the others until she felt his presence return. 

When Daru was revived, so was their connection. Ari was summoned forth once more only to be introduced to the group of individuals who had broken his curse. Daru saw something in them and asked Ari to help watch over them. She refused to do so claiming that she only wanted to be with him. However, after some time, Daru was able to convince Ari to become the familiar of Tabes promising that their connection would remain. She reluctantly agreed to the terms.

Tabes would call upon her for aid throughout their journey together. He would summon her from the Feywild to complete tasks. Rarely was she ever called upon for battle, but she remained at the ready. As Tabes grew stronger, so did she, but despite everything Ari was annoyed every time she was called to assist.

 The group made an appearance within the Feywild in search of information. Ari was summoned before them to help guide them through the areas. This was the first time that any of them had seen her in her true form and scale. Beforehand, they had only seen her as a small sprite rather than a full towering humanoid.

When the returned from the Feywild, Ari felt a strange disturbance in the air. This eventually prompted her to reach out to Tabes. She explained to him and the others that she couldn’t feel Daru anymore. It was then later revealed that Daru and the other sages released were being helped captive with their magical essence being drained from them.

The Unknown had begun, and Ari did what she could to aid the party. Using her resources within the Feywild, she assisted Tabes and became the Guardian of the Earth. Through years of preparation, Ari was able to grow stronger alongside Tabes and the others. She accumulated those from the Feywild willing to fight and set off to war.

Ari and the others learned that Daru and the other sages were being used as the newly named Demon Generals. With her heart torn seeing him as such, she did whatever she could to help ensure that he was finally set free from the nightmare.

After a grand battle, the war was over, and the Demons were defeated. Ari made a promise to honor Daru’s death by vowing her loyalty to Tabes the Sage of Life.
