A mysterious woman from Volk's past, likely of Illiadian descent. When traveling in a caravan in what is now Medweda, she and her traveling companions were beset by Volk's gang of highwaymen. However, Volk's disagreement with his teammates regarding their robbery targets resulted in Volk defending the caravan and her with his life from his old companions.
When Volk was mortally wounded after the fight, she was the one who tried to find a healer for him, but sadly failed to do so in time, and, in a desperate move, implanted the Forest Garnet into Volk's chest, turning him into a Forest Guardian-like undead at first, but eventually into what he is now. Volk doesn't remember her name, but he as able to remember her shoulder-length, brunette hair and piercing, emerald eyes.
Arilki Rayshine apparently knew her, but wasn't able to recall her name. According to him, she was a trainee speaker to Farrina, the Illiadian goddess of Nature, as well as divine co-creator of the Forest Garnet.
A discovery in the bunker under the Ancient Temple of Aesil has resulted in the discovery of her name; Raleni Vardek.
Raleni spent the last 2142 years, or rather almost 6 years from her perspective, in The Feywild in the Summer Court, where she was an honored guest to Titania, the Fey Queen. However, a recent rising interest by Nuferos, the Swamp Sage, which resulted in an attack on Titania's court, resulted in a plan to return her to Sancstoryl for her own safety. She now resides in Medweda, in the city of Mumanask, where she is taking care of a temple. She has since re-established contact with Volk Lesnoy and made peace with the mistakes of her past.
