Silver dragonborn woman who serves as a Captain within the Goldguard. Captain Tibón often defends the northern gate of Sedesend for her ability to determine the true intentions of visitors, and intimidate the more pathetic criminal element to turning away before breaching the city.
Tibón speaks with a light Russian accent, and opts for speaking in as few words as needed. She often leans into people's faces and makes them shiver with her Cold breath to add to her intimidation.
