Blank Face was the shield of the Champion of Reduseer. The Champion, by virtue of their position and patron Deity, was unknown to all.
This shield is shaped to be layered metal plates, whose overlapping pattern gives the impression of a face beneath the plating. The shield is impossible to describe or recall if the user is not looking directly at it, as all memory of the shield is wiped the instant line of sight is broken.

You have a +2 bonus to your AC while wielding this shield. Additionally, creatures who have Truesight or Darkvision cannot perceive you any differently to creatures with typical vision.
Forgotten Response: When you are targeted by an attack or spell or similar action by a creature within 30 feet of you, you can use a reaction to cast Modify Memory (save DC 18), using the shield as a spellcasting focus. Once used, this property cannot be used again until the following dawn.
Inconceivable Image: As an action, you can choose to radiate an aura of confusion and unawareness for 1 minute. Any creature hostile to you that starts its turn within 20 feet of the
shield must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, you are considered invisible to all affected creatures.
