Burnie Hathspelt was an Efreeti serving within the Praeten Oubliette, developing their abilities and learning from the Sibriex housed in the Labyrinth on ways to trap and alter humanoids. Upon being defeated by Bill's Bimbos, they were demoted to an Imp. In this form, they were adopted by Arwa Hathspelt.
When Bill's Bimbos freed Ket Judinor from the position of Archdevil of Wrath in the Iron City of Dis, they installed Burnie Hathspelt as the next Archdevil and took Sentence. He ruled as the Archdevil of Wrath, guided in the orientation of the station by Basilius Rex's hound form.
